Healthy Balances of Food GroupsThis pyramid may seem very simple, and it is. However, it's one thing to acknowledge your body's needs and another thing to actually put it into practice. Instead, eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Fruits have a natural sugar that won't hurt your body. |
