Body Positivity
The concept of body positivity is to help people like you to accept themselves and their bodies. In a nutshell, LOVE YOURSELF!
Little things you can do to work towards body positivity:
Forgive yourself: You are human, you are going to do things wrong and make mistakes, but don't let it beat you up. Focus on all the things you do RIGHT.
Wear clothes you feel comfortable in: If you know you look good, flaunt it. Also, compliment others! Uplift others! Keep a positive attitude: Make others feel good about themselves and focus on the positive things in life. Do NOT compare yourself to others: You are your OWN person! That person in the magazine has been photoshopped! Be mindful of who you let into your life: Do not let anyone disrespect you as a person! You are just as worthy as anyone else is of love and respect! |
